Ineffective servicing & breathtakingly bad customer service. In November we booked a repair & service of a very basic electric entry gate and by December the same problem returned - we were charged another call-out & engineer fee. The issue persisted and this month we asked for an engineer - Ansador suggested we pay a further call out and engineer fee. Ansador Head of Small Works said they might let us off the call-out bit we’d still pay the engineer upfront. Total would still be nearly £800 - & no guarantee of their work. W... read more
