I have hadan excellent experience with this company. I would recommend them to anyone who had leaks or drainage problems
This company is a joke. They did a survey and decided it would need sewer pipes replacing. They also wanted to charge us extra for work that should of been included. Only after querying this did they decide to do it. When they came to start work even though they had been told 5 times no one would be on site. There sub contractor called and asked why no one was there. The sub contractor then decided to ignore the previous survey they carried out and do what he wanted. Their customer service is worse than useless being generous
The terrible experience I had with this company, was from a different angle, they work as insurance assessors to insurance companies trying to get claims down. I as a pensioner had a massive sewage and drain leak the sewage was flooding into my house, my ins company told me to get it done immediately for. health reason. I found a reputable company, and the fixed the whole system in two days, roots had ruind the drainage pipes which ran alongside the whole house and 3/4 of patio/ garden, they could not get plant in so extra m... read more
