The care service is very good. The 3 visits a day to my mother help her with medication and basic care and also give her family peace of mind knowing someone is keeping an eye on her. On the odd occasion, the carers have been quite late or very early. My mother appreciates their visits are governed by public transport and timings can vary but she has indicated this can be frustrating not knowing when they will be there. Excellent care provided by every carer who is helping care for my husband who had a stroke.
