they made an error with carriage cost of £13 and have told me not to contact them again if i am not paying it. I paid the invoice they sent me in full straight away and the miscalculated the weight and cost and yet they are making out its me thats in the wrong. Dealt with them for years paying around £250 and yet they say they cant afford me as customer as they are now £13 down due to their mistake but yet they think i am in the wrong. Will do as they request and not bother them again
