This is the WORST business I’ve ever encountered!! We brought two suits to them to be altered in June and have not heard from them since! We have called repeatedly and left messages that have all gone unanswered. Our next step is to contact an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - they are THIEVES!!! Updating the previous review. Anna's Tailoring rendered the needed service; however, in the process, we had amiss understanding that escalated out of the heat of the moment. I went to Anna's tailoring because the location is convenient on my route home. I dropped off pairs of pants, and she agreed to finish them by the following day after 4 pm and that she will text me. The following day I did not receive a message from her, and when I went to pick up my pants, her shop was closed for the day.
