What can I say? Well I suffer badly with migraines caused by neck and shoulder tension, I see a chiropractor regularly, but they still come back! I was struggling this weekend and so on the Sunday decided to try a massage, I went to Annabelle therapy, had a massage and had a cupping session which was advised added on from free, but wow! I came out of there like a new man, and a day later am feeling amazing with absolutely no tightness or discomfort. I will be returning for more treatments just following her recommendation.
