Anna offers a really holistic and honest approach to your health needs
Following some significant health issues I attended an appointment with Anna. I am so pleased to have found her. My physical movement has greatly improved and I have regained confidence in my body. Anna listens and works with me, providing ongoing guidance and support, as well as an exercise programme tailored to my changing situation. I highly recommend her.
I saw Anna for phsyio following some postnatal difficulties. She is incredibly thorough, and took a holistic approach to the various physical problems I had. The physio programme she put in place for me was gently challenging and progressive, and I feel much stronger and confident in my body following it. Anna has a very relaxing and calm presence and offered really helpful mental and emotional ecnouragement alongside her physio advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Anna really listened and offered warm reassurance. She was informed and had great advice. She offered follow up expertise and practical exercises to do at home. The space was ideal for the session. I would recommend this service.
