First time going, it's such a bright & happy atmosphere that's very Cali. Service was wonderful and their double shot hazelnut latte was to die for! You definitely get your money's worth of food too! We went for breakfast and I got the ham and apple croissant sandwich, YUM! If your traveling through this place is for sure a must!
Come here often and never a bad experience! Always excellent service and super awesome staff! I was especially blown away today when who I assume to be the manager insisted on taking my meal off my bill because I ordered something I ended up disliking and didn't eat much of. They absolutely did not need to do this as it was on me for ordering that. It was just so kind and not something you really experience other places! We will never stop coming to Anna's House!

Perfect for breakfast, I can see why it's always so busy. Lots of good stuff on the menu including veggie options that aren't just "replace the meat with avocado". I don't know what people are talking about when they say it's pricey; have you never been to a restaurant without a drive-thru?
My wife's order was done incorrectly TWICE. Then, in the process of apologizing, they tried to minimize the mistakes. Evidently, if they get your order close to correct, you should be okay with that. Also, I doubt few, if any, will get to read this comment since they deleted my wife's comment already.
This place is extraordinary! They accommodated our family for breakfast...29 people. And the food is fabulous! I know I will go there again when I'm in Grand Rapids!
Awesome food and wait staff. We had a group of 30+ people and they went out of their way to seat all of us together. Definitely the place to go!
We had ordered take-out by phone. The restaurant was packed, but the food was ready by the time I arrived. I was in and out quickly. The food was spectacular, fresh and hot. We will be ordering take out from Anna's House again.
