Anna's House ranks as one of my top favorites for breakfast/brunch foods, and judging by the full capacity and wait-listed patrons, I'd assume that I'm in good company!!
The staff was incredibly rude to my partner and myself. They seated two couples ahead of us, the latter of whom pointed it out, which (I'm convinced) is the only reason that we were sat. Despite there being many booths open and requesting a booth, we were sat at a small table. After requesting that we be moved, we were scoffed at by a staff member. The hospitality can't be beat! Food is as hearty as it is slightly eclectic! Delishiousness x 1000!! New Manager is also fabulous!
Best breakfast I've enjoyed in while. My boyfriend ordered his eggs over-medium and they were PERFECT. He said that never happens to him. The fresh squeezed oj and lemonade were fantastic and the pancakes....wow!! We can't wait to come back!!!

I'm not a huge breakfast person (at least around breakfast time) but Anna's House in Grand Rapids, MI was the best breakfast ive had cooked by someone else in a looong while! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and my server Abby was a pleasure to converse with! Very quirky in Anna's House; none of the mugs match, there's toaster art on the wall, a kitchen aid mixer that is repurposed into a lamp and many many more things that give you the "im eating at home" feel in a diner. we had absolutely amazing service from not only our waitress but also the manager! we were laughing and joking with them throw whole time and they made the whole experience that much more fun!
Part of a group of 9 friends. Very disappointed we could not sit together, we waited for 1/2 hr. (The whole time we waited there were 3 empty tables to the left of the front door) then told they were closing that section to clean---what???? Thought the place closed at 3....do you start cleaning when customers are waiting to be seated? Very disappointed. We left...
Tried to meet 9 people for a birthday lunch . Waited for half an hour and then were told we could not sit together . We left the premises and went to the Twisted Rooster and had a perfect lunch and perfect service. I will not recommend Anna house to anybody
