UPDATE: On Monday, after this review was posted on Friday, I was contacted by a representative from Anna's House - they are re-training staff (waitress on up to manager) and have indicated that this is NOT the way they strive to treat customers, and have offered to make it "right" with us. Therefore I am editing this review to indicate "very good" service - and will try Anna's House again! Five adults each had different items to eat and all said the food was very bland and not well seasoned. After tons of salt and lots of hot sauce some were able to finish their meal
Such a cute place, excellent food and our waitress was outstanding!!
Came here very busy. Was Sat surprisingly fast. We ordered our food waited a bit, bit hey you will when it is fresh. Now the kicker. The wife ordered the Twilight grench toast. Did not realize it was like bread pudding, so she did not like it. The waitress saw this was awesome offered to get her something else and take the FT off the bill. Awesome service. Saturday morning, while we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait, we could see the restaurant was busy, and weren't surprised that the actual wait was closer to 20 minutes. Our host showed us our table and got us a high chair and menus, and we knew what we were planning to order within 5 minutes (with 2 eight year olds and a two year old, we wanted the food to arrive quickly!) Really really awesome service. Wonderful Ambiance inside. Really fun retro kitschy cool. The ladies room is a special treat. I am a vegan and was very happy to find a delicious tempeh Burger available. The sweet potato fries are delicious. I can't say enough great things about this place. Will be coming back again and again. Also thank you for supporting Carol's ferals by giving us goodie bag items for our open house
Went this morning after the doc told me yesterday that I can't eat eggs anymore. (We'd promised the kids breakfast out for spring break.) Our waitress was very understanding and accommodating and I had the Hippie Hash with bacon instead of eggs, and guacamole since I couldn't have any of the dairy. It was so delicious.
This is the cutest place with amazing food. Was searching for a new brunch place and this was perfect! Highly recommended.
