If, as I did, you are trying support a local business, you may be disappointed. The lack of customer service on firstly a very delayed delivery and secondly an incorrect product being dispatched was really shocking. At no time did we, as customers, feel supported, informed or valued. Nor did we receive any apology on either instance for the inconvenience - they'd taken our money and the "issues were all out of their control" . A very poor experience.
Over the years, we have purchased a number of items from Anna Morgan and can happily recommend Emma and her team for their knowledgeable design advice and help. Our sofa, footstool and soft furnishings are comfortable, look great and have received many compliments.
Anna Morgan provided the sitting room upholstered furniture in our last home and Emma Bell their Chief Designer was our immediate choice when furnishing our new home. We’re delighted with our new sofas and re-upholstered stools and the interior design inspiration and advice that she provided supported by Fran and other members of the Anna Morgan team.
Emma has provided wonderful support and service throughout our various purchases. Her suggestions and design skills are the best. Always prepared to spend time about what will work best for us and so the outcomes have been first rate. Always friendly and a delight to do business with.
