Friendly and efficient, although we personally didnt choose them, our landlords did, they dealt with everything as necessary and within a timely manner. Its only a 4 because i understand that their office is in a converted cottage but when i had my meeting i felt like i was still sitting in the little kitchen of the premises which wasnt the inage i expected of a solicitors other than that little point theyre great and very approachable.
