We've had Jo cleaning for us for nearly 2 years, and we're very happy. They were recommended for us by sister in law, who had in turn had them recommended by their sister in law, so we've got a load of us. Normal regular clean, and happy to do a deep clean when we had building work
I requested a deep clean for my kitchen. I was quoted a price, that I accepted. Then I was informed, Joanne would be sending a subcontractor. I didn't really want a subcontractor but agreed after receiving assurances. On the day, no show subcontractor. I emailed Joanne, she replied, but no apology or anything else. Be warned, I hate time wasters!
