I found out about the Alexander Technique from the novel by Bernadine Evaristo : Girl, Woman, Other . So I thought I would give it a go . I’ve been really pleased with the way Ann delivers the therapy. My goal is to straighten up my back & shoulders .With Ann’s guidance & my determination & being positive I am starting to see an improvement in my posture . Thank you Ann
