Dr. Madhav and her staff are the most professional, helpful and effective dental professionals I can imagine. Aside from regular check-ups, I have had implants, fillings and crowns performed in the Preston Bend Dental office. Every experience has been pain free, 100% satisfactory and completed on time and at the price agreed. Dr. Madhav has never recommended a procedure that was unneccessary. I have been going to Dr Madhav for about 2 years now and I am very glad I made the switch from my previous dentist. The dental hygenist who cleaned my teeth here is perfectionist! They take their time to do a very good job. When I had the bridge put on last week - I took a very mild relaxant and the experience was painless and easy.
After not visiting a dentist for 8 years I decided to visit Preston Bend Dental for an overall check up and cleaning.The staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable about modern dentistry and is very thorough in explaining all treatment using photos of my teeth and educational videos. I was very nervous when arriving at the office but after my experience with the team at Preston Bend Dental I no longer have any apprehension about visiting the dentist.
I've been going to Dr. Madhav for nine years. I can't recommend her highly enough. First of all, she is thorough and honest. I have had the opposite experience with two other dentists. Secondly, she has helped me save money all these years by telling me things can wait until the insurance begins again. Last August, I needed my first root canal. After having a bad experiance with another dentist, and 2 years of pain, I found Dr.Madhav. I ended up needing a root canal. I was worried that this would be painful, due to past experiances with prior dentists and to my suprise I never felt any pain during the procedure. Dr. Madhav explained everything to me as she went and made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure. Thank you Dr. Madhav and Staff. Last year as I was returning from an annual vacation in Colorado my dental bridge came lose, resulting a most excruciating pain that I had ever experienced. Since I could not reach my dentist for another week, I was recommended to contact Dr. Madhav by her cell phone. She scheduled to see me the next morning. Dr. Madhav is the best dentist I have meet. Her office has a comfortable atmosphere, her staff (each and everyone) is always friendly and helpful. They do a very efficient job. Dr. Madhav is very knowledgable, kind and does a terrific job. She patiently explains the procedures, and always puts the patient at ease. It shows that patient care is their number one priority.
There is no comparison to the warmth, professionalism, comfort, and downright kindness shown by Dr. Madhav and her highly skilled technicians and wonderful staff. As a single father I strive to provide the best of everything for my daughter, as do we all, especially as it pertains to medical/dental care. The team at Preston Bend Dental is without a doubt the best at what they do.
