Dr. Madhav made a partial for me, did root canals, and many extractions. Both Dr. Madhav, her staff and business/office manager were all professional and extremely friendly. They all made you feel very comfortable, no matter the procedure. I would go a great distance to see Dr. Madhav. She is a very kind lady. I have been a patient of Dr. Mahav for over 10 years now. She is an outstanding Dentist with a dedication and compassion I have not experienced any where else. I had my crown fall off one day as I was eating something hard, I phoned Dr. Madhav about it. Incidentally that day was a holiday for her Dentist office. She asked me to come immediately to the office, she opened the office for me and treated the crown back to its place. Ladies and Gentlemen, that is what I call patient service. I began visiting Dr. Madhav soon after she opened her dental practice in Plano. Due to some sports injuries, I have had my share of dental problems and seen many dentists. Dr. Madhav is by far the best dentist that I have seen. She takes the time to fully explain any options that are available along with the procedure associated with each option so that you are fully informed. Our entire family goes to Dr. Madhav. She is wonderful. The staff is very customer service oriented. My kids ( 7 and 9 years) her too.
Dr. Madhav is excellent and she took the time to answer all questions and explain all procedures. She did the majority of the work herself and the procedure took about 4 hours. Her high-decree of professionalism coupled with kindness is much appreciated. There is no question in my mind that she and her staff really care about the well being of their patients. It was a great experience. I will be a patient of hers for life!
