Dr. Madhav has completely spoiled my family of five. Even after we moved to Houston 5 years ago, we still continue to drive to Plano for ALL our dentistry needs. I had my crown done at Dr. Madhav's office and since the time I made the call for the appointment, I was completely satisfied with the type of care I received. Exceptional staff, very nice and clean facility and extremely knowledgeable and hands on doctor. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly and I had a very satisfying visit. Me and my family have been going to Dr. Madhav for over 12 years. The most important factor for me is trust. During a 1 year stay in Florida, my wife went to 3 dentist to get estimates for dental work, the prescribed work from all 3 dentist was different and needless to say the cost was very high. My 12 year old daughter had 2 prior bad dental experiences in a pediatric office and had sworn to never return to a dentist. Not to mention she suffers from anxiety. We have just moved back to McKinney, when I experienced excruciating tooth ache. We did not have a dentist and I was looking for one frantically. I spoke with several dentists in the area, but no one was willing to take me the same day, except for Dr. Madhav. I moved here 2 years ago and initially went to another dentist who told me that I needed to have all my veneers replaced with a cost of over $10,000. This was due to one veneer that had cracked I went to Dr. Madhav for a second opinion and she was able to secure the cracked veneer as a temporary solution while I debated what to do. I had peridontal scaling and deep cleaning done by Dr. Madhav and her assistants. Knowing that I was not comfortable going to dentist, they were very gentle and thorough with my treatmemt.
