I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Madhav and her entire staff. I am an RN and now work in sales in the medical field. I have worked in and seen a lot of doctors offices. From an operational standpoint her offices runs flawlessly from appointments to billing. From the medical side, the office is a state of the art facility and she always has the latest technology and dental advances. Her dental skills and judgement are exceptional. I have had many treatments with Dr. Madav, like Crowns, Bridges, etc. I am in the processes of getting implants. She is very good, patient and gives the best medical advice. I feel their facilities have the latest technologies. Their staff is professional.
My husband and I were so fortunate to have a family member refer us to Dr. Madhav when we moved to McKinney. We could not imagine finding a replacement of our former California dentist, but realized an immediate respect was in order! Simply put, 5 words come to mind.. care, comfort, competence, consideration, convenience. Dr Madhav and her team demonstrate these attributes every step of the way from the time you call-in through the time you leave. They exceed normal expectations one has around their experience at the dentist. Her technical expertise as a dentist has always impresseda and she is very personable. Dr Anita is the best dentist I have been to, anywhere in the world. I have lived in CT, CA, TX in the USA, plus UK, India, Africa, and EU. She is by far, the most effective at correcting and treating various dental issues like cavities, crowns, broken teeth, cleanings etc... She and her staff are very courteous and have highly caring, excellent, dental chairside manners. They take great care, as I am afraid of dental work and also have a gag reflex. Dr. Madhav and her staff are completely professional and wonderful. The office is beautiful, clean, and completely comfortable. Everyone is so friendly, and Dr. Madhav is very pleasant which really helps ease any anxiety that one might have when visiting the dentist. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone. I live 3 hours away, and still drive to Plano for any of my dental needs- she is the best!
Always a good experience. In fact, Dr. Madhav sent me a text the morning of my appoinment to confirm my arrival as I hadn't called in a confirmation. I was impressed she texted me as opposed to calling so early in the morning!
I had 2 implants done from Dr. Madhav which was a huge success. I was very concerned since I had seen 2 of my friends (who used other dentists) go through the implant process and regret they had it done. The process I went through with Dr. Madhav was a breeze. All my 5 years of dental work (and I needed a lot!) has been very successful and pain free. She is like an artist in dentistry. The entire team is kind, gentle and only want the best for you. Dr. Madhav is so popular in our family, that 11 of us go to her!
I did my cleaning at Dr. madhav's. I also did a filling there. Dr. madhav was very understanding and caring, the staff extremely efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others and actually I have already done that.
