Dr. Madhav and her staff deliver excellent, high-quality service in a calm, relaxing environment. They are professional, courteous, caring, and friendly. I always have a pleasant experience. Fantastic dentist, staff, and office -- I like everything about the place!
I came to Dr. Madhav because I saw that she was 1 of the top implant specialists in the area according to Dr. Oogle. I don't ever write reviews but felt compelled because they were so awesome to me! Ultra Kind and accommodating. She is very gentle w/ the novocaine shots and the whole team is so eager to make sure I was comfortable! When I look for a doctor I want somebody who I am comfortable with and who I trust. Doctor Madhav spent the time explaining things and went above and beyond her obligations. Dr. Madhav is personable, easily reachable and her staff was properly trained to answer common questions about complications, preparations and after-procedure care. I would definitely go back to her for any future procedures and highly recommend her!
I'm so glad to have found what must be the best dentist's office in Plano. Everyone is really nice. The hygienists are awesome! They are very thorough and take the almost an hour to clean my teeth! Getting a cleaning is actually relaxing, not stressful. They are awesome at dealing with my insurance. They just handle it, and I never have to think about it. I have only had exam and xrays. Dr. Madhav is very thorough, punctual, and explains everything to where I understand what is going on with my mouth. She and her staff are the best. They even special ordered a floss aid for my daily dental hygiene needs. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I've had teeth cleanings, chip tooth fillings, cavities filled and everything has been a complete success. Some visits I had insurance and some I didn't and the procedures were still affordable. The facility is really nice and clean and a staff as friendly and helpful as they come. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.
As the other 30+ reviews on here show, Dr. Madhav's practice is quite possibly the best dental practice your going to find. Truthfully, there are an endless amount of facts to back up this claim but, for me, there was one specific reason why Dr. Madhav's practice proved to be beyond exceptional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Madhav to others. She is the best dentist I have ever been to. The office staff and hygienists are equally impressive. Everyone is so kind and genuinely interested in taking care of the patient. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, your comfort and satisfaction are their first concern. Without reservation, I give Dr. Madhav and her entire practice the highest recommendation possible. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Madhave is the best. I've moved all over Dallas, but I stick with her. She's skilled, prompt, has extremely polite staff, but most importantly is kind. She volunteered to meet me at her office on a Sunday, when I left a message on her voicemail about a broken bridge. I could have gotten by, but she wouldn't hear of it. I would (and have) recommended her to friends and colleagues.
