Very poor thay just don't listen to you and speak over you 3 nearly 4 weeks waiting for results there system is totally wrong .no star review if there was one discussed
I have just been to the surgery, tried to explain what i was there for, got cut off mid way through explaining about my forms by the rudest reception i have ever met!!!!, whilst i appreciate they are under extreme pressure but the attitude towards me was distgusting. She is extremely dismissive. The others i have dealt with have been lovely and take the time to listen and are very helpful. I would rate -5 if i could
Great DRs surgery but the Gps doctors need an Up to date list of what’s continuing and what’s discontinued
Shouldn’t be allowed to be called a doctors surgery. Impossible to get an appointment. They tell you to go online to get one but none there either.
Dr pals surgery is the worst,cannot get appoitments and told unless I am an emergency I have to ring at 8am every day to see if I can have an appointment, was told if I feel worse go to walk in centre or ring 111,receptionist is rude and ignorant and asking me my issue,was also told out of hours is 4.30 and will not recieve an appoitment after 4.30,what the he'll has gone wrong with surgeries these days so now I find my self self diagnosing and ordering prescribed drugs online,disgusting.
