Good care was taken & staff friendly
if i could give 0 stars i would. disgraceful and disgusting vets do NOT come here. if you have a reactive and scared dog (which has been caused by her being injured at the vets while she was a puppy) you will receive horrific insults from the nurse. not that it was any of her business, but when my mum said we were getting a new puppy she said “i don’t know why you would do that when she’s as reactive as she is” as if she knows how my dog is at home!!! completely uncalled for and disgraceful and i hope she NEVER has to hear s... read more
very neglectful. my friend’s dog was unwell and was told that she was that nothing was wrong with her. my friend then went on to take her to another vet and it turned out that her glands were severely infected.
I rang this morning at 9:45am to be told I would be put on a list for a vet to ring me today. I waited till 6pm and nobody had rang me. I decided to ring them to be told they had no record of my phone call this morning and didn’t have a telephone consultation booked. I would just like to know what receptionist was working 14/8/25 and why this wasn’t put on the list. I’ve only just started to come to you so I’m very disappointed that my poorly dog has been missed. Had to messege the surgery due to an increase in pain medication for our dog and fear of running out. The reception staff are amazing and dealt with my query straight away. Thankyou so much AnimalTrustDewsbury
