Always had very kind and well explained consultations. Never rushed. The operation my dog had to remove an epulis and a tooth went very well at their Elesmere port branch. The cost was half the price quoted by another Wirral vet.
I've been going for a couple of years with my senior cat Molly ,had dental surgery ,which was fine ,my cat suddenly became unwell months later ,they have give her the best treatment and me advice ,she had monthly jabs ,poorly a few times but fought to stay ,I lost her this morning,one phonecall was told to come soon as ,poor thing had fluid on her lungs,such a tiny little girl and aged 16 ,couldn't put her through any procedure ,time to say goodbye ,they where most compassionate ,took the time to explain everything that was ... read more

Went for an emergency walk in appointment and all the staff were amazing. Only had to wait 20 minutes and the treatment was great. We will be using this vet practice from now on.
This is the loveliest vets. From the warm caring welcome you get on Reception to the attentive, knowledgeable and very reassuring vets, the care is simply exceptional.
