I need OWEN MONIE to contact me immediately. The Birkenhead branch’s behaviour is completely unacceptable. Out of the blue I receive a bill for over £1700. I query this as I’m fully insured and it’s not as though iv walked out without paying? I was told it would be looked into. I was sent invoices which made no sense as I need to actually know WHY these haven’t been claimed for and if they have which ones haven’t been paid, medications etc which where all part of ongoing claims.
