I had to write a review for this amazing vets because without them, our precious boy, Otis, was given the most precious prolonged time with us. Unfortunately, yesterday, he was too tired and fell asleep forever and without the support of Paula the cardiologist he wouldn’t have had the extra time he did because of his progressive heart disease. Lovely staff and veterinarian was very helpful
1st time using the Birkenhead branch & it was perfect. Welcoming, polite, & helpful receptionist (long brown hair in a ponytail receptionist) Clean waiting area, seperate for cats & dogs 🐈🐾🐕 Lovely professional Vet, no rushing & answered any questions I had. Very clear on pricing, & gave me a few different treatment options. Free consultations very much appreciated & costs of treatment & medicines much cheaper than my previous veterinary practice. We had to say goodbye to our beloved Patch last week, he was 14yrs 10 months. we are absolutely devastated our beautiful boy had to leave us, but take great comfort from the wonderful care and love patch received from Nicholas during his life but especially at the end. we will never forget your great compation thank you.
