Quoted £4k for an op on my dog, recommended to come to animal trust they charged me a quarter. Best move I made. The surgeon (Manus) explained everything that needed doing in the op the reception staff very helpful. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you
Outstanding care for my 8 Chocolate labrador Bella she had her operation as she had Pyometre she was really poorly and the staff was amazing we had to drive 1 and half hours as there wasn't room at any other branches near us but was so very worth it to of received the care .Bella is getting plenty off rest and she will be back to her normal playful self .Thank you to all you wonderful caring vets staff and receptionist
Plenty of parking. The ONLY downside, is the website. It IS ridiculous not being able to ring up and speak to reception, like all the other vets. Talking to a robot that has no command of English, does not understand grammar or punctuation IS a complete waste of time. NOT everything can be done via webchat. Not everyone can use a computer. This vets isn't all inclusive towards disabled people. There isn't even automatic doors for wheelchairs. Something that needs looking at.
Today I rang the vets on my mum’s behalf as she was running late for our dog’s appointment by 10 minutes due to traffic being bad. I was then rudely spoken to by a female receptionist who said ‘mate, we are chock a block today and this 10 minutes will set us back more’, I was taken back by her rude tone and also referring to me as ‘mate’. Got there at 11.30pm dog had a barb wire injury on her back leg.they were very efficient and caring & cleaned &stapled the wound,back home in 1hr excellent service well done .
