At one point I raved about this place, driving an hour to have my animals taken care of- now finding out how they treat their employees- specifically a veteran, I refuse to allow them to be in the presence of my fur babies. You might have lost a great employee due to your incompetence over one customers opinion, but now you're loosing an entire community due to your inability to have integrity and to do right by your hard working people. #findinganewvet
My sincerest thanks to the entire staff at the Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills. I would give you 6 stars. Although we had to say goodbye to our beloved family dog Scooter this evening, Dr. Paige, Murphy and others there were wonderful, taking great care not only of Scooter but also cared for us. RecommendedThis was the vet of my niece, Megan Wallery’s beloved pets. Dawn is a friend of the Wallery family. My sweet Baby was very sick last Sunday and didn’t know who to call. My nephew contacted The office for me and they advised me what to do. Even though they did not know me or Baby, my sweet companion for 11 years, they called me on Sunday evening to check on my sweet girl. I know Megan loved these vets and I can see why. I am so grateful for the wonderful staff. My dog has terrible anxiety and has to be drugged. He still is a nut case. They never make me feel bad for him being so loud and disruptive. I leave embarrassed, but never feel shamed by the staff. Kosmo and I am so thankful for all of you.
Shadow wants to give a big shout out to the Drs and techs there... He says he is doing great his leg after getting hit by the car in May has healed fantastic... He is back to his old self.... The staff here is always friendly and we have never had anything but a positive experience here. They have cared for both our kitties and up until recently our sweet dog, Kylie. We received a card in the mail today with a message from each staff member sending their condolences after they learned of Kylie's sudden passing. So, thank you, to each and every one of you for the amazing care you have always given and for your kind words during such a difficult time.
I love how easy making an appointment is-- I can call or request an appointment online. Checking in and out is super easy. I can also have my receipts emailed to me, which makes it easy to keep track of things. The staff is super loving with my pet, very patient and kind with my shy cat. I always feel comfortable with the staff and I feel like they truly care. We have two cats.
