The office and rooms are always clean. The staff are always welcoming and warm toward us and our little guy.
I like and feel more comfortable when my dog stays with me thru the visit.
I haven’t brought my dog in to Shawnee Hills for a while to this because she had so many issues at the end and we took her to another emergency vet several times per year who did annual exams at the same appointments. However, we did have Lap of Love drop off her ashes at this office because they were our most recent great vet experience. And even despite our not coming in for a while they sent us this amazing and very personal card. My family so appreciated this kind of personal effort by the office during a tough time. Beat vet ever! They seem super concerned and immediately got me in with my dog! And they ARENT overly priced!! Love this place and def will come back if anything else happens!(hopefully not of course!!)
Loved your clinic!! Staff and Dr Paige were all amazing! Never have I had a vet sit on the floor and play with my dog, loved her!
