RecommendedI've taken 2 Kitty's to the emergency after hours . One with a broken tooth and a baby with pneumonia. Web Saw Dr Frankie and his wife Alicia. I will most definitely be switching vets. They were both awesome. Explained things very throughly and seemed to sincerely care. I would recommend them to everyone. Odin and Rascal agree!

My dog had/has a serious health issue, and every one here has done everything possible to take care of her as well as to educate us on how to care for her at home. I talked to them all hours of the night. I know they care for my Honey.
We just want to thank the vets and staff that were on call this Friday evening. I'm sorry that we don't remember everyone's name. Dr. Umphries and Dr. Roberts and all the Vet Techs that were working were very compassionate and professional with us. We had an emergency with one of our boxers, Sasha, and unfortunately it was not a good outcome. They were all very caring and as helpful as they could be in such a difficult situation. Care more for the animal and less about the profit. If you create the problem, you should fix the problem... don't push your professional responsibility onto your clients. DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!

Lucy Sutton, 1 yr 5 mos. Chiweenie, had an emergency injury on April 18, 2018. The injuries were both broken shoulder blades and bruised lung. They cared for her with kind hearts. She was released to crate rest on April 19, 2018. She seemed to be doing well. But on Saturday April 21,2018 she began vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. I called with my concerns. I was urged to bring her back. She had become dehydrated and one of the medications had caused stomach irritation causing bloody stool. She is still being monitored by th... read more

I have had the great pleasure of receiving excellent care for my animals through the After Hours Emergency Department several times over the past year. Earlier this week my senior dog had a seizure while I was home alone with him, I rushed him to JAH and was understandably distraught. They rushed us straight into a room where we received compassionate, kind, and loving care from Dr. Roberts, Sarah and several of the other staff members.
