We visited today for a checkup and were so appreciative to Dr. Reason and the other staff. Since we aren’t able to go inside right now, the vet and a technician came outside to see us since our dog was so nervous about going in without us. Such kind people. We appreciate so much all they do and the great care they take of our pets!
Have only had to take my dog here twice but they are amazing. Very thorough and everyone extremely friendly.
I was very impressed by Junaluska Animal Hospital’s COVID policy today. We went in for our scheduled appointment and were greeted immediately by the receptionist who checked us in and took us straight back to an exam room. The vet met us, did the exam, and took care of us. Then the vet tech took my payment in the room, and we were able to leave out a side door. Minimal human interaction. Very nicely done.
I brought my 15-year-old cat, Maia, in to have her teeth cleaned and two extractions done. They got her in and out in just half a day! I had my girl back home way before I expected to. The staff are always very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. Thanks, Dr. Alt and Kimberly!
