Wonderful care received last night for our 15 year old sweet girl Foxy. Staff were professional, caring, concerned and genuinely wanted to help her out. Beautiful clean facility with easy access for senior pets without having to climb steps. I would rate the whole experience as 5 out of 5 star 🌟 care.

I had a late night scare with my senior boy Max. This was not my normal vet so I called and the receptionist was calm and reassuring. They are waiting for me when I arrived. Dr. Roberts was amazing and she was so patient with my questions and Max loved her. I am so grateful they were there to help me.
Ray and I are deeply appreciative for the extraordinary care that has been given to Rambo the super dog. We are so glad we made the switch to Junaluska Animal Hospital a couple of years ago. Dr. Alt, Dr, Mike, and the entire staff are unmatched!

I would love to take this time to express my sincere gratitude to this hospital. Despite the fact our boy would never make out alive the vet and vet tech where very knowledgeable and very comforting in this darkest time. Max will forever be in our heart.
I am in the process of filing a malpractice complaint against Junaluska Animal Hospital. I brought my concerns to their attention over a month ago, but despite sevel attempts to reach out to them, they have yet to return my calls or emails. At first they were on vacation, then they were "reviewing the case", now they don't even bother to respond. Guess we have to do this the hard way. I do not recommend this vet to anyone.
