Nikola and Dr. Frankie are amazing. Definitely made me want to return to Junaluska Animal hospital. This experience was a million times better than the last with the previous staff. These two treated our pup with love and compassion. Will definitely be returning.

Dr. Frankie is awesome!!! We lost our daddy’s dog last Saturday January 18th, due to another dog getting in his fenced in area and attacking him. Dr. Frankie showed sincere compassion for us during our heartbreaking loss. I would like to just say Thank you Dr. Frankie, you are definitely in the career, and we appreciated everything you did for Mo, and our family!

My sweet Lincoln came in last week with a blocked bladder and I just brought him back for a follow up and everyone was so sweet and kind to him even though he was feisty. You guys took such good care of him and got him feeling better and I can’t thank you enough. It truly takes a precious soul to do what y’all do there. Even though Lincoln likes to hiss and pitch a fit while he is there I know he appreciates y’all too. ❤️
Our dog was misdiagnosed elsewhere. When we finally were told she needed surgery and the they had no surgeons for a couple days, I started calling around. Junaluska did emergency surgery at 11pm that night. ALL staff were extremely helpful. This is what was found in my dog's small intestine. A portion of her glow in the dark chuck it ball. Dr. Alicia Roberts took care of two of our furmily members today! She is very kind and caring to our pets and always spends as much time as needed explaining things to the parents! Other than the fact she thinks the dogs need to lose a little weight- lol- we all ❤️her! It's a beautiful clinic with lots of caring staff.
