I had to take Rocky to the emergency clinic last night and the vet tech, Nikola, was so nice and sweet with him. Dr. Frankie explained everything to me as to what he would be doing. I felt very comfortable leaving Rocky with Nikola all night and she called me after his procedure to let me know how he was doing. Couldn't be more happy with the treatment and care we received!

Had to make the difficult decision to put down our dog this weekend � Used your emergency clinic and was so happy with the compassion of the staff. Made a hard situation a little easier. I also appreciate the vet who took in consideration our unique situation and did the unthinkable in regards to payment. Myself and my family are forever grateful for you guys!!! I had an emergency with my 9 week old English bulldog, she did not make it..The Dr did try to save her.. He was very professional and understanding! Thank you so much!
I needed to cancel an appointment this week because my son was up all night coughing and throwing up. I called at 7:00 to leave a message but didn't get that option on the automated system. I had a meeting at work so I couldn't call until later that day, which was after the appointment. The lady was SO rude to me on the phone and then proceeded to hang up on me. So unprofessional and not something I want to deal with again. I understand that I missed the appointment but things happen and it's not something that I could have ... read more
