I could not say enough about this office. We have just recently moved to the area and our Pomeranian Oaklee split a nail. From the moment we walked into the office we felt like a priority. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout our whole visit. I was very anxious having to sedate him to remove the nail since he had never been sedated before. I cannot say enough great things about this office! We have been using them for 10 years. The whole staff is caring and attentive. We never have to wait long for our appointments and in the exam room, my furrbabies feelings are carefully attended too. I've had to take all 3 in recently for different injuries, and my heart melted at how soft spoken and patient the staff was during the exam. Grooming is amazing as well. My pups happily greet Kerri when they see her! Could not ask for anything better. �
I love the doctors here. They have been caring for our three dogs and doing great. They don't push things on you and is always out for the interest and care of the dogs. The staff are wonderful as well and they don't mind questions.
So far, so good! When the clinic to which the rescue with whom we were in the process of trial adoption cancelled their event at which we had planned to get our new girl heartworm tested, we sucked it up and decided to contact a vet, the nearest one to our house and with the best Saturday hours. Dr. Wendi Carter and the staff (Aaron, Jessica, Brittany, and Hunter) were wonderful, even at the end of the day as they were mopping the lobby floor that we were walking all over.
