My little boy, Cotton, had emergency surgery on Christmas Day at another hospital. I brought him to AHR for post operative care. Dr. Carter was so wonderful with her evaluation and care of my baby. She called me several times during the day to keep me informed of his condition and progress. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Carter for her outstanding care of Cotton, as well as keeping me informed of his progress. Dr. Carter is amazing and I am thankful for her caring attitude.
This has been oir practice for 20 years now, we LOVE the care, compassion and professionalism of everyone, from appointment makers to the vet's themselves!!!
Hands down the best place for your animals. The staff is amazing and we love Dr. Hurley almost as much as she loves our babies�
I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Clary and the entire staff! I have never had a better experience with a vet. My Auggie had to stay for 3 nights due to ingesting a Naproxen. Dr. Clary phoned me 2 times on day one and daily after that. Any time I called to check on Auggie I was never made to feel like I was a burden. They treated me and my sweet boy like we were their only patients/customer. Thank you!!
Today, one of the saddest days in my life, even in this special moments, all the personnel of Animal Hospital of Rowlett show me how much they take care of our beloved ones. They were there, understanding and making that moment less painful. Thanks to all of you, thanks for taking care of my sweetest babies. God Bless all of you. Thomas is resting at home, his home.
