Rowlett Animal Hospital is great, they took such good care of my kitty Ginger today. Dr Downs is great. She stayed after closing time to make sure she was taken care of. Ginger is blind, crippled and very cranky, but Dr Downs was able to treat her without upsetting or scaring her. By the time we left Ginger was sleeping comfortably in her carrier.
I love the staff and the doctors. They are always friendly and willing to work with your schedule.
Our service yesterday was excellent! It started and ended with the friendliest front office staff! In the exam room, Stephanie and Dr. Hurley were so patient, kind, and willing to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or put off. I LOVE this place!
