Terrible service!! Waited over 2 hours and left. Went to my own vet at 7:30 am the next day, needless to say, my kitty had to have surgery! I witnessed high over charging!!! � A guy brought in a dead puppy and they charged him $60.00, than tried to talk him into cremation and an urn, cost? Over $600!! NEVER, NEVER take your pet there!
I took my dog Lady here after she was hit by a car. Lady’s injuries were very serious. The staff and doctors were absolutely amazing! They were very understanding and helpful. They took such good care of Lady! They were very patient with me, as I called every 2 hours to check on Lady. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of services for their fur baby! I can’t you guys enough for saving a huge part of my family!

My husband and I had to take our Beloved doggy here on Thanksgiving night, I was such a wreck! panicking and anxiety ridden about him, he was so very sick� the staff, doctor and even the people in the waiting room were so amazing and comforting. We lost our dog that night and they helped me be ok, I just received a sympathy card in the mail and I just want to say thank you from our whole heart!
My puppy contracted parvo and she was very sick. It was after midnight when I got there. They were great and took very good care of my pup and thourouly explained to me how to take care of her once discharged. The Dr. and staff was very nice. I highly recommend this urgent care facility for all pets emergencies.
Good to know we have a professional place in Animal Emergency & Urgent Care in bakersfield. They are very professional and was pleased with the service. My dog is doing better thanks to them.
