The price might make you shriek a little but for being a 24hr emergency care unit out in the middle of nowhere, this place if wonderful. They saved my little dogs life and were polite throughout the terrible situation. I was allowed to call in several times to check up on her and with consistent politeness they told me everything that was going on with her and everything i had to do to make sure her made a full recovery.
The staff is so kind and helpful. They do their best.
I want to thank the staff and doctor for responding quickly and efficiently for my little BooBoo. You did your best to make her comfortable for the very little time that she had left with her very serious condition. Also, Thank you for being so understanding and patient for the major loss her little life was to me and the very difficult decision it was letting her go. You guys were awesome!!
The staff here is amazing and has been taking great care of my little Ellie :)
This place is a JOKE. Any vet that would offer to put a dog down with only a cut on his leg shouldn't be supported in bakersfield..
