RecommendedTook my lil Yorkie there on Sat morning because he had two gran mal seizures They adjusted his meds and explained exactly what was going on and what our options were. He had two more Sun, one as we walked in. They did their absolute best but we did wind up putting him down. Both visits all of the staff were professional, compassionate and kind. My apologies to the people who were waiting...they immediately took him back to stop the seizure
I called them asking how long the wait was. She said there was 1 person in the waiting room and that it shouldn’t be too long. I left and was there in 15 minutes. One other person had walked in, so there was 2 people in the waiting room, but I didn’t think it would be too bad. 2 hours later they hadn’t called ANY of the 3 of us back. The first person in line asked how much longer it would be and she came back and said there were 2 ahead of her.
