Not a good Vet Hospital they are very quick to tell you to put your pets to sleep rather than trying to save them. Go to Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital
RecommendedAll the staff there were great they did really well with my dog a little pricey but besides that they were really great in the morning I went to pick up my dog and one of the male staff there were super rude and disrespectful hounding me about my mask I forgot to put it all the way on in the beginning I respected it put it on and he kept hounding me about it saying why am I wearing it like that being very rude and he wasn't even wearing a mask I should have got his name but I was just too excited to get my dog

RecommendedI have a lot of animals, recently I've had to rush two of them there at separate times, they are the nicest, most understanding people I've dealt with in a long time, and very reasonably priced!

been here waiting in the car for 5 hours no joke and this people the only thing they said we have emergency pets come on that's why we bring them in here and the receptionist it's so rude I hope never have to come to this place again terrible
RecommendedIn one of our families most saddest moments, the staff was so sensitive to our needs. Kleenex, encouraging words and the final paw print of our 20 yesr old fur baby are just a few things I will always remember about Animal Emergency & Urgent Care! Thank you for all you did to comfort us as our loved one crossed the Rainbow Bridge!
