I have a precious cat "Mia", and found her near a trash can by my house. The night she was found, she was infested with fleas, and very lethargic. I took her to this emergency hospital and they were fabulous, gave her a bath, medication to get rid of the fleas she had and gave me a bottle with milk already made, and show me what to do. All of this and only a charge of the ER visit. Amazing staff, caring and compassionate, and they checked on up the following day. Amazing
"They took good care of my puppy, Missy! She's all better now. The vet explained all the tests they were going to do, what might be wrong with my puppy and what the possible treatments might be. After all the tests were run and she told me the results, she really explained what was wrong, what the medication would do, and what I should be on the lookout for. I recently took my dog to the internal medicine service for vomiting - he would spit up all the time, and nothing would control it. I have been to other vets who just send me away and tell me to give an antacid at home and feed chicken - yes chicken! Well, long story short, thanks for Dr. Victoria my dog was diagnosed with a food allergy. It is nice to know someone who took the time to see what is wrong with him.

Never had a problem with them, I'm unfortunately a regular because of the amount of animals I have & they always seem to get sick after hours or weekends. I know most of the staff & considering everything that has happened with my pets lately they have worked with me. I am grateful to them as they have saved my first dog’s life. No bad reviews from me yet. Yes they are pricey but they are and emergency clinic. They are the closest to me. The staff is great.

We tragically lost our dog after it was hit by a car while visiting relatives in the area. The help we received dealing with this horrible event by the staff was just incredible. The vet kept us fully apprised every step of the way, honestly evaluated and fully explained the options and probable outcome, and honored our painful decision to euthanize.
