RecommendedExceptional compassionate care!
I brought my elderly rat here (more than once) but most recently they removed two very large tumors. Due to his old age and the size/ speed the tumors developed I really didn't know if he'd make it. I was expecting the worst. However, they did an amazing job and he's completely recovered. He'll now be able to celebrate his 3rd birthday in December! (that's about 90 for a human) Thank you so much for giving me more time with my little old man. I would highly recommend!
I’ve waited too long to write this, Back in April my dog almost died of Lymes and required over a week of almost 24 hour care. Animal Emergency Clinic of Mid-Maine did a wonderful good of communicating with my Vet and keeping me informed every step of the way while providing Viggo with the care he needed. Thank you!
They were so good with our dog ... and the other animals that came in while we were there.
5 stars... very busy place upon arrival but was still greeted with helpful,caring and professional staff
They performed emergency surgery on our 8 year old lab for a reasonable price. 3 days later she’s doing much better and I would definitely recommend them!
VERY RUDE! NO compassion at all! I spoke to a young woman on the phone and was asked "how long will it take you to get here, people are waiting on you!" What?!! My dogs have porcupine quills in their eyes and are suffering and they couldn't care less! Didn't care one bit that my girls were in pain, scared and that they indeed DO have names! There were bugs crawling on the exam floor and the sharps container was overloaded. Such horrible people in that place that need to learn what EMPATHY AND COMPASSION MEAN!
