2 weeks ago, I brought my Sammy in after an emergency visit to my regular vet. My vet was terribly worried about bloat after an X-ray done in their office. The staff, especially Dr. Belliveau, were amazing with him and with me. They were patient with my phone calls later in the day and during a subsequent visit the following evening. I was highly impressed with their level of skill and caring.
Very compassionate and caring staff. Not an easy job they have, tough hours, horrible situations but they do it with professionalism and empathy.
First time here, it was so scary. But the minute you walk through the door, you feel like family. Everyone was so nice, and Dr. Bowman, is certainly one of a kind. First thing he did was to get down on all fours, and give Lily a belly rub, and back scratch. Hope we never have to go back, but you're certainly in the best hands if you have to.
Very compassionate people. They took very good care of my kitty last weekend when he was having urinary blockage issues. He is now completely recovered and back to his sweet, playful self once again. So very glad to have this place to go to when all other vets are closed.
We have had to use their services 3 times and each time they have been very caring for our loved ones and very understanding when it came to financials (they were even cheaper than what our reg vet quoted). I would go again and would recommend them.
