I brought my 5 month old puppy here after she ate something bad and had a seizure and couldn't walk. They took her in over night and nursed her back to health. The staff was Amazing! Especially the women at the desk and the tech that took care of our puppy. She got right down on the floor with her and was very gentle and kind. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much!
It was a Sunday. Very busy. I had 3 kids with me. Ages 6, 4 and 4. We waited a loooong time to be seen. Our visit resulted in my cat needing to be laid to rest. The Vet Tech and Veterinarian were lovely. At check out, I was visibly upset and distraught. The Secretary did not offer any type of condolence or words of comfort. I was surprised by that as she seemed nice to previous customers. When this office is the only option available on the weekend, it's important to feel welcome and validated. I will have to go back and pic... read more
Had a very scary experience last night where my puppy had ingested something that made him start seizing on the way to the vet he stopped breathing, when we got there they were able to stablaize him and ensure me right away that he was going to be okay before we were even taken in a examination room. They were very sympathetic and informative we are so grateful that our pup is okay
Brought our Dog back in to get treated for an outer ear skin irritation. Well I was happy they took great care of our dog Gunner. Thank you so much!
Thank you to the Animal Emergency Clinic of Mid-Maine For your professional, kind and reassuring service tonight when you diagnosed and treated Mookie DaCat for Vertigo. I was amazed at how well she tolerated the different people handling her, that speaks volumes for your ability to calm a frightened animal, not to mention a frightened Daddy. She is resting comfortably in our bedroom away from other kitties, as recommended. Thanks again for all you did. Special thanks to Dr. Andrine Beliveau for your time, expertise and pati... read more
We could not have asked for better people to care for our girl in her last hours on this Earth. Their compassion, empathy, understanding, demeanour, in a nutshell, everything made the final moments with our girl a smidge easier. Thank you all.
You guys are the best of the best. Bentley, Billy, and I are forever grateful for you guys and everything you do. Thank you thank you!!!!
Copper has been meaning to thank the really nice lady at the front desk, Nurse Christina and Dr. Alex for taking care of him in early June. He understands that licking and bouncing around like a kangaroo aren't the best things to be doing after being neutered. He tried the blow up cone first, but could still get to himself so had to go back to the big cone. He healed real quickly and is growing like a weed! Many thanks and licks for taking care of our Pup <3
