I recently had to bring out beloved cat here due to a bladder infection that almost killed him. The staff and doctors were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience the best it could be. I brought my 13 yr old dog in at 2am on a Sunday morning. The lady that met me at the door was very incentive. I went in to let her know there was a chance my dog might bite. He had a sezuire was confused and sometimes is nippy anyways. But the young lady who did help us with the dog was great and the vet was wonderful. It was a sad night for us. But at the end the original woman said want to pay your bill while she wraps up your dog. I was just shocked we were standing there bawling and lacked compassion.
My "Thanks" to Dr. Braeuer and his staff last nite. They did a professional job of assessing my suspicions of a closed pyometra. A wonderful vet, friendly, knowledgeable staff....only wish you were closer to Augusta or Waterville!
They are the BEST! And are so reasonable! <3 Thanks for taking care of Kiki tonight. I can't imagine losing my sweet kitty. I am so grateful!!!!
