The entire staff were wonderful. They were compassionate and their demeanor put my dog at ease even though she was in pain and in an unfamiliar place.
The circumstances weren't ideal, but Dr. Erich was compassionate. My beloved Siamese cat Baily of 22 years was not in the best shape. I knew it was a hard decision, but the right one. Today, I picked up her ashes and paws and am extremely happy with how everything was handled. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Erich for everything. I can't have her, but she her memory will always remain <3
Skeezix hasn't needed to see them in a while, but we know when he does they will do an excellent job caring for him. Wonderful staff, extremely knowledgeable, and nothing I love more than a Vet who gets down on the floor with the animal and greets them as if they are old friends. That's a vet who cares
Love this place so glad they are here for the community. Thank you for what you did for Prada last night. She has been getting a lot of complements on her sparkly bandage
My Pomeranian got into a porcupine & had one in her eyeball. Rushed her to the clinic at 5:30 a.m. We were taken in immediately, the techs & Vet assessed her situation & went into action to remove the quills. In no time my girl was back in my arms, a little groggy from the sedation, & we were on our way back home. The Vet came out to speak with me & told me things to watch for & explained how/when to administer the eye meds. Very pleased with the quick attention this scared momma received. Everyone was extremely professional... read more
This place is the best! The staff is amazing and compassionate they take the time to talk with you and explain everything. My dog became ill while I was away and had to be taken to the emergency clinic. The doctor then called me and went over everything with me on the phone. After talking with her I had a better understanding of what was going on and knew my dog was in the best place he could possibly be. I’ve been taking my animals here for years, the service only changes for the better! Thank you to the staff and doctors.
Great knowledgeable staff - compassionate and sensitive to their clients and patients in the time of dire need. In August of 2012- My saddest but the best experience (and saddest of my life) was when my sweet darling Ciara was dying and needed help crossing the rainbow bridge. The technician and the doctor were sweet, caring, and extremely sensitive to her need to pass. (her spleen mass was bleeding out) - and they did it in the back of my jeep so she didn't have to move from the car and we could bury her at home. I can't sa... read more
EXCELLENT!! Treated my dog quickly with knowledgeable & professional medical care in a clean environment. Both my dog & I received kindness & concern during the entire visit - the front desk, the vet tech, & the doctor were all exceptionally kind, concerned, & genuinely there for us in our time of need. I thanked them all for their professionalism & great care. In an emergency, I highly recommend this well staffed office.
