RecommendedI brought my dog in terrified because he had just been hit by a car. The staff was so wonderful and kind to both me and my scared pup. I was taken care of quickly.
Had to bring out dog in today (Sunday). due to having a hard time to breath. What a great facility..... Everyone who was there was super nice and was very caring and kind to our dog. a couple of xrays and she is on some meds and hopefully will be feeling better soon. Thank you
Absolutely the best Animal ER hospital to go to. As the owner of Goldiva Goldens LLC I would drive past the local ER hospitals to go to Lewiston Auburn. Dr Erick Bauman and Dr Alex Munroe were fantastic to work with. Some of my prized Champions needed Emergency C-sections. The staff was very competent, wonderful, quick, caring, informed and in touch with me every step needed for the safe arrival of my little pups. We had to make an emergency trip over in the middle of the night when our pup wasn’t acting herself. The wonderful staff met us at the door and assured us very quickly that we had made the right choice for her care. Turned out something we thought would be major, was a very quick visit, and she was on the mend very quickly! Thank you so much for your care of our Chloe. She is doing great today!!

While we were sadly at the Emergency Clinic having diagnostic testing run and ultimately putting my brother’s dog down - we were treated with the upmost respect by Dr Binette and the staff. Our technician, Bethany was amazing and not only explained but comforted us and knew just what to say to help. They understood my brother’s heartbreak and I believe would have let us stay all night had we wanted or needed to. Thank you so much for helping us through such a difficult time - your compassion and kindness was monumental.
Met with immediate attention for dire emergency, competent respectful, and compassionate response. Allowing interaction to calm all parties was tremendous. The manner of response, and availability to answer questions was second to none.
