Thankful they helped my kitty before he had an emergency with a blockage.
On Sunday, 9/20 our 11 year old border collie began vomiting profusely. We were in Wayne, ME and I was so worried that I considered driving the 400+ miles back to our Jersey home. My daughter suggested that I look up the Emergency Animal Clinic. I called and by 10PM we arrived at the Lewiston location. My wife and I and Beau were treated with compassion and care that touched us during a very scary time. After blood tests and X-rays your vet called to say that they had located a blockage in Beau's colon. He asked, could it be... read more

Thank you glad to hear Beau is doing good.
I guess I'm yes and no on this. We took our dog there because he had hurt himself on the stairs and our vet was booked. The wait was long but there was a lot of people. The lady that came out to get him was very nice, however when the doctor called it didn't seem that he was listening wanted to do s blood test for his kidneys when it was his leg that was the issue. I get it because I have him ibuprofen but it was a small dose, vet recommended. Then he calls and tells us he's 90% not 100% sure our dog has an aggressive bone c... read more
They were very quick to respond to our dogs needs. The communication was direct and clear. They made sure they did everything to make sure that our dog was ok. Of course everything comes at a cost. But thank goodness for the dr and the team for helping our precious baby girl.
My 16 month old German Shepherd went from upbeat and happy while waiting for me to serve dinner to slumped over in the kitchen in a matter of a few minutes. I thought he had bloat and called the clinic to say I was heading their way and would be there in about a half hour. I called when I arrived and they sent someone out to get him and rushed him in for x-rays. As it turned out, he was having an allergic reaction to insect stings (wasps most likely) and I paid a very reasonable bill for a x rays, emergency fee, the FULL blo... read more
Dr. Erich Baumann DMV was great with our shy little girl. He was also understanding and easy to talk to. My family and I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH We appreciated everything you have done for Annie and us...
Came home after work to my kitty peeing brown urine into my laundry while crying. Scooped up the cat and the pee, headed over, and was in and out within an hour. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Special thanks to the tech who warned me that one of the meds would make my cat foam at the mouth... I would have been panicking and on my way back over otherwise. <3
They were very professional & caring !
Thank you for all you do.
Business response:
