I wanna take a minute to thank the animal emergency clinic. This morning trigger after eating displayed all of the signs of bloat. We had researched this after his first surgery a year ago. In case you guys didn’t know he swallowed a sock and Jason and I had to spend 3500 to fix him. We took these pictures after we had decided to put him down, we realized we couldn’t spend another 3500 again after the shop has been shut down for so long and no idea when we were going to open again. We had make the trip to the Animal Emergency Clinic of Mid-Maine on 5/24/2020, which was also a holiday weekend, due to our dog having a respiratory emergency. We can't thank Kaitlyn the vet tech, the receptionist, Dr. Wehr and Dr. Braeuer for jumping right into action and saving our girl. She is 6 years old and has never been away from us for the night. My sincerest THANK YOU, eternal gratitude to the entire staff at AECMM. Last night I took my Ride OR DIE doggie Zelda in with what I thought might be a life threatening situation. They calmly and EFFICIENTLY triaged her, diagnosed and treated her. It was not what I was dreading. I was so happy to leave WITH my friend. We had to drive over 1 hr to rush our 12 yr old Lab to them, even though he did not make it, they treated him and us so well!!!! We just picked up his urn today. The compassion shown by everyone there was so helpful to us at that time. If your fur baby needs help on the weekend I highly suggest them! You will not regret it.
Very friendly staff. Would definitely go again, but I'd prefer if I never had to.
