Colleen, at the front desk was wonderful. Dr. Baumman was great. However, Tina the vet tech was openly hostile and rude. In your face hostile. It was upsetting. I will probably use this facility again (having few other choices) but will never let Tina interact with myself or my pets again. Her people skills are non-existent
RecommendedThe doctor was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my dog who hadn’t been feeling well in and he suggested a full test as well as a Lyme test. Within about an hour, my dog was in the back being well taken care of as she was diagnosed with diabetes. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful with any questions and concerns I had!
They give you as much time as you needed to say goodbye to your pet.
Dr. Baumann is fantastic. I have been to the clinic to many times with my late golden retriever and my cats. Everytime, all staff are concerned and professional.

It's an emergency clinic they should have payment plans like it says online.
They were very friendly and compassionate when our Sierra had an emergency and they were so kind to let us spend time with her in the end.
I took my dog in today we were seen immediately, doctor and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My boy is already feeling better!
Dr. Braeuer was so kind, compassionate, and gentle with our very sick 9 year old cat, Wu-Tang, before it was clear he was too sick to continue. An animal emergency clinic is the last place any pet owner wants to be, but I'm thankful that they provided wonderful care for him in his last week of life. Thank you very much Dr. Braeuer, technicians, and office staff for caring for our little guy and treating us with respect and kindness during an extremely difficult time. 🙏
