I had to rush my cat to the Emergency clinic last night for a bleeding paw, the nurse/receptionist who greeted me at the door was anything but pleasant and was rude during the check in process. However, Dr Baumann was amazing! Very pleasant and very informative when we found out my fur baby has an abscess on his paw from him getting outside. The staff was amazing. They had many clients at the time but they were so polite and courteous and saw us quickly. A few stitches later and we were out the door pretty quickly!
Brought my cat here, she needed an emergency surgery. Was sent home with antibiotics that did not help and she still needed the surgery. Had it at a local vet where she was treated as an emergency and cared for. They put her life in more danger then it already was.
All the staff were helpful, kind, and considerate. The prices were reasonable.
