Dr. Benge and all the staff at AEC were so caring and compassionate when it was time to put my beloved cat Gretel down. They gave me as much time as I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate the staff for being so sensitive for what this is like for the pet owners and it showed in their caring and concern. Thank you for everything!

Very loving and compassionate, even when I was just there for a small issue with my fur baby. Highly recommended!

They staff was great but if you ever have to take your dog here you better hope you have thousands of dollars laying around to pay them as they won't work with you! I took my puppy down cuz he hurt his foot and cost us 350 dollars just got visit, 2 xray, and a shot of pain meds... it was going to cost us over 700.00 to have them splint it..

Thank you to each and everyone of you who helped out Piper tonight. I know we are on the right track to healing her broken leg. Everyone was awesome.

Quick diagnosis after transfer, excellent discussion of options, they beat their own estimate on cost. My dog is doing great.

These animals might have a chance if Dr. Penrod is gone. Very expensive but a last resort option if in dire straits.

My son lost his best friend just after Christmas. We just received a beautiful and thoughtful card from Dr Crow, Amanda, Kari, and Becky....We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all that was done to make our beloved Sadie comfortable ...and for being so good to our son...he has been devastated with her loss and even the smallest touch such as this card means the world to us...you are all special people

They were so kind when we had unexpectedly had to put my cat down due to blood clots. I wish Dr. Benge was a daytime vet as well. The whole staff was so thoughtful and caring during this difficult time. Not to mention they sent a sympathy card with the signatures of staff members that were present at the time. Thank you for everything you did for us that night. I will never forget it!
