Our family unfortunately had several trips to the emergency center with our Cubby Bears illness. Fortunately we found a lot of comfort knowing their caring staff loved Cubby and did everything they could for him and us.
Very caring and compassionate staff! I can't say enough good things about this facility!
We recently had to put our sweet dog Hades down due to medical issues that weren't getting better and everyone there was so nice and sympathetic to our broken hearts as we had to say goodbye. Then we received a beautiful card in the mail from the staff. Thank you for being there in our time of need and helping us say goodbye to our fur baby. He is greatly missed �
We were sent there by our regular vet for emergency surgery. After AEC vet examined our Dane, it turned out it was a heart issue and not a surgical issue. The thoroughness and care they gave was excellent! I could tell how much they truly cared about my dog. A special thanks to Breanne the tech and Dr. Benge for the excellent care you gave.
what an awesome place - some of the most caring staff I have ever dealt with.The place was packed and the lot got fuller and fuller - some animals and people were a mess - this team was on their A-Game . we were not there in a life or death situation so we saw first hand what this group deals with in 4 hours . I had to take my BF dog in while he was at work last night around 10 p.m.. They were very caring and compassionate for my BF dog and myself. I didn't want to endure bf with the expense of ER cost but it was necessary for his Baby. They gave us two different estimates so we could decide which route we thought would be best for Baby's comfort and care. So we chose to treating her symptoms then taking her today to her regular veterinarian for follow up therefore saving major ER costs. Thank God they were able to relieve her sym... read more
The staff at AEC are so compassionate. We had to put our dog, Dakota, down on Saturday night, and they were so caring. They gave us as much time with him as we needed before and after we said goodbye. They truly care about helping you through such a difficult decision. They made paw prints for both of my children, which really helped them say goodbye. Thank you for being such amazing people in such a sad (at times) profession! You are all very special!
Our My pup Delilah was in serious need of help and this was the 1st place I found open at 11:30 at night on a Friday! We were scared she wasn't going to make it! Poor girl ended up having to stay the night run tests and put on antibiotics and probiotic! Did they talk about $? Yes! Would I have been able to afford it if it weren't for my dad? No! BUT!!!
